Yes, we have a 2-week lead time for Custom Cake orders. Please fill out our 'Custom Cake Request Form' in the Custom Cakes page and let us know your vision and we will contact you to talk about the details.

You can schedule your requested Pick-Up date and time everyday between 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We will do our very best to accomodate your request and will let you know if any adjustments are needed.

You can pick up your order at 200 East 16th St. New York, NY, 10003.

Please send a SMS text to 646-504-0070 when you arrive and we will bring your order out to you. There is no need to inform the building.
